The White House
Dear Mr. President,

On behalf of the PDR-Ihumure, the Intwari Partnership, and the UDF-Inkingi, three political organizations of Rwandan refugees in Africa, the U.S., Canada and Europe that have forged a coalition to fight President Paul Kagame's RPF dictatorship in Kigali, we welcome the news of your upcoming visit to Africa, especially to Rwanda, our beloved mother land.
